Council of Young Researchers, Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region, NAAS of Ukraine
The Council of Young Scientists was established in 1999. Its purpose was to unite the young researchers of the Institute, to support their scientific activities, and to facilitate the realization of professional, creative, and other interests of young scientists.
- From 1999 to 2009, the Council was headed by Halyna Yaroslavivna Bilovus, research associate of the Plant Protection Laboratory.
- From 2009 to 2012, the head was Oksana Stepanivna Shukh, research associate of the Laboratory of Environmental Safety in Animal Husbandry.
- From 2012 to 2014, the Council was chaired by Volodymyr Yevhenovych Popov, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, research associate of the Laboratory of Animal Feeding and Feed Technology.
- From 2014 to 2019, the head was Oksana Volodymyrivna Vavrynovych, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Research Associate of the Laboratory of Agriculture and Soil Fertility Restoration.
- Since 2019, the Council has been headed by Tetiana Volodymyrivna Partyka, Senior Research Associate of the Department of Agrochemistry and Soil Science.

History of the Council of Young Scientists of the Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region of NAAS
The Council of Young Scientists was established in 1999. Its purpose was to unite the institute’s young researchers, support their scientific activities, and facilitate the realization of professional, creative, and other interests of young scientists.
From 1999 to 2009, the Council was chaired by Halyna Yaroslavivna Bilovus, Research Fellow of the Plant Protection Laboratory. In 2009–2012, the Chair was Oksana Stepanivna Shukh, Research Fellow of the Laboratory of Environmental Safety in Animal Husbandry.
Between 2012 and 2014, the Council was headed by Volodymyr Yevhenovych Popov, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Research Fellow of the Laboratory of Animal Feeding and Feed Technology. From 2014 to 2019, the Chair was Oksana Volodymyrivna Vavrynovych, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Research Fellow of the Laboratory of Agriculture and Soil Fertility Restoration.
